You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition with tags attached

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hats or caps that have been worn or adjusted

  • Any item marked "non-returnable" at checkout

  1. Email us at support@leduvo.myshoplaza.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will review your request and send return instructions if approved.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using the instructions provided.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original order and place a new one.
